What should I look for in a copier Malaysia supplier?
Three things. An appointment letter from the manufacturer, spare parts held locally rather than shipped in, and technicians on the payroll rather than subcontracted. What is the difference between an authorised dealer and a reseller?
Yes. Site offices, audit season and exhibitions are the usual cases. Short agreements cost more per month because the machine is paid off across fewer months. If you are torn between the two, renting a copier machine walks through the cash-flow side.
How quickly can a copier be delivered and installed?
Usually within the same week you sign, because the machines are sitting in our Seri Kembangan warehouse rather than on a boat. Installation covers network setup and training on site, so nobody is left working it out from the manual.
What happens if the copier breaks down?
Call or WhatsApp and we send a technician. Drums, fusers and rollers for the Apeos range sit in our Seri Kembangan store, so most faults are cleared on the first visit. We also take on machines bought elsewhere through our printer repair service.
Can I buy the machine at the end of the rental?
